Let me be honest, I've never tried using a habit tracker. I've never understood them at first sight, but as soon as I looked more at them and got what I had to do, I considered them a very useful tool to remind yourself of doing your habits, whether if it's daily, weekly or else.
I chose this format (just a simple list of days with the title at the side) because I thought it would be the easiest to understand at first sight.
